I got the Artichoke Pappardelle Ricci and it was fabulous. It cooked so nicely and reminded me of my grandmother's handmade pasta when I was a kid. A very sweet, kind, and genuine family run this company.

Bought my first 2 pasta sauces from them today at the Georgetown Farmers Market. My husband and I immediately ate the Garlic Fennel Sauce this evening and it was amazing. Very good flavor and tasted so fresh.

This stuff is amazing I highly recommend.
