Refund and return policy

If something is wrong, email info@citygardensandgoods.com. We will sort it out.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day the order arrives to ask for a return.

The item needs to be unopened, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or order email.

We cannot take back opened or used food. We also cannot take back sale items.

Refunds

Once the return arrives, we will look at it and email you. If we approve it, we refund the original payment. How long that takes after we send it depends on your bank.

Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping comes out of the refund.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace that same item. Email info@citygardensandgoods.com with your order number and what went wrong.
